Motivation refers to action and action brings you results. Sometimes your actions fail to give you the result you want. So you be nice to yourself, thinking you should wait for the "perfect timing" for the opportunity while you drive yourself to stagnation and sometimes even depression. Don't do that to yourself. Do yourself a favour and challenge yourself, do something you want to even if you are afraid.
When you encounter s failure, i want you to push through the incredible discomfort of "I don’t know, of the middle of the story", will be a good ability to have. Do whatever you can to push through this failure and discomfort. Then, Don't wait for the perfect opportunity to come up. Instead, Get yourself ready and try harder than before.
2. Get rid of distractions.
Got those easy tasks you would rather do instead of focusing on the more important projects? Learn to focus on what is more important. Write down a least of time-wasters and hold yourself accountable to not do them. This will make you avoid distractions and meaningless things that are always in the way when trying to complete more important and bigger tasks.

Plan what you would do at the end of a block of time planned for work. Fill out a weekly calendar, noting when you will do what and how. After each day, go through and review what you have completed, making sure you complete everything you set out to do or if you have not, what you can improve on.
It could just be a simple to-do list you bought or make. That could help you plan out what are some of the things you have to complete and somethings that aren't necessary to be completed but would be good if you did.

It’s easy to burn out when you are very motivated. Observe yourself to recognize any signs of tiredness and take time to rest.
