As humans, we are made in a way that multitasking would not be the most productive way of doing things. That is because we are programmed to focus on one thing at a time and multi-tasking is really just switching between tasks fast. Which turns out to be more detrimental than helpful. So, how should we focus on one thing at a time? Why Wake Up at 5 in the morning? And How? I used to be the typical teen, sleeping only 6 hours a day with very unhealthy sleeping habits. I used to sleep at 12 and wake up at 6 in the morning for school and if it was a weekend, I would sleep in till 10am, only to be awakened by my mother shouting at me to wake up. Of course, it wasn’t easy changing my wake up time from a late 10am to an early 5am, but I did with a little determination and resisting myself from pressing that snooze button and heading straight back to bed.
