High-Performance Habits to Embrace Each Morning

High-Performance Habits to Embrace Each Morning

Habits that make you extraordinary are not those that you are naturally good at. Extraordinary habits are formed from deliberate habits, which are habits that you actually put in the effort to see results in.

Here are some Habits we found common in high performance, successful people.

  • Increased Productivity
Want to complete more in a given time? Are you distracted? Trying to focus on something but can't? Well, don't get sucked into unnecessary things. Completely avoid them. Plan your day so that there are no distractions. This will help you focus on the task at hand and be more productive.

Never try to multitask. I know you might think that multitasking is the only way which you can complete more things in a given time but trying to multitask would only leave you with many either unfinished work or work that is not done to your fullest potential. This means that you would then have to get back those tasks and work on them some more to perfect it, which of course means that you would be wasting more time.

(PS: I am currently writing an eBook about How to be Productive. if you are really interested in reading it, contact me about it, it really helps.)

  • Meditate
Meditate Every Morning. This would give you a good and clear start to your day. When you start meditating every morning, you will no longer have a really busy and filled mind which is not something you would want.

Imagine if your email didn’t have a spam filter, and for every relevant message, you had to sift through hundreds of messages related to money scams, Viagra, and inkjet printer cartridges.

Meditating helps filter out the internal and external “noise” and negative self-talk that can sabotage our otherwise sharp, clear perceptual acuity.

  • Move your body, generate energy.
Exercise more.
Exercising improves oxygen flow to the brain. It also helps the body release hormones that assist in brain cell growth. Additionally, it helps the brain with both learning and memory capabilities.
Essentially, when you start exercising, you feel better because your brain and body can do more.

  • Daily goals
Write down your daily goals. This is basically an addition to a to-do list which I also recommend you do.

Writing a list of daily goals will just keep you right on track and stay focused on what your goals are and what you have to or want to complete.

  • Visualise the day
Visualise your day. Be prepared for whats about to come if you have something important to do/ attend that day. Visualise your day to plan out what you are going to do that day without writing them down and having a flexible schedule for the day.

This will help you affirm your desired schedule for that day and help you stay focused on what you have to do that day.

  • Read Daily
When we are reading a book, we are feeding our brain. And this is how that food nourishes us in whole.
Choose some nice books which you know you will enjoy and read them in the morning! It would be a nice thing to wake up to in the morning. This could also help you wake up early!

Reading will also improve our character, maybe you might not notice it but it would, especially those Personal Development/ self-help books. In addition, reading books will widen your mental horizon, reading will allow you to learn more things and get more information. And doing in daily means that there will be new information for your brain every day!

The more we read, the more things we know. The more things we know, we try to achieve more out of life. It is a fact that all great personalities at some point in time there have drawn inspiration from books.

In Conclusion,

Just reading about this habits aren't going to help you become the extraordinary person you can be. You have to consistently and consciously implement those habits into your mornings.

Of course, this process will take a while but the end results in your life and mindset will be greatly improved.

5 Steps to Being Productive

5 Steps to Being Productive Firstly, What is being Productive? Productivity is often describes a person's capability to do a lot of work, but is can refer to anything that produces a lot. A Productive day would mean to complete more things in a less amount of time but also doing it effectively.   Productivity is the amount of output produced per work hour. In other words, the calculation is: Productivity = output / work hours. Here are some points to remember, Sleep. Sleep more. I know it can be tempting to stay up at night to do whatever do but you would wake up the next day feeling more exhausted. Its hard to be productive while yawning and trying to stay awake. I suggest you have at least 6-8 hours of sleep a day. It will also be better if you regulate your sleeping schedule and sleep at the same time everyday even if it is the weekends and also wake up at the same time if possible. Plan out your week.  It’s extremely important to plan you...
